Refund and Returns Policy

At Chamunda Design Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures in accordance with UK Consumer Law.


1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must be intact

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products bought during final sales or discounted promotions (unless defective)
  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or washed

  • Hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference or minor issues

Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before ordering.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (required if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect)

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.


6. Refunds

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may request a return for eligible items and place a new order with the correct size after your refund is processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We’ll notify you of approval or denial
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and provide a resolution.


8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
