Orders and Payments

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, your rights are covered under our 14-day cancellation period (see Returns & Refunds)

You can place an order by selecting your item, size, and quantity, then completing checkout. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

We accept major debit and credit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Standard delivery is usually 2–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us. If goods are lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with UK consumer law.

Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

 Please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the original payment method.

Product Information

Yes. We ensure all descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK law.
